Interview
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I am proficient in all major word processing software, as well as Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress, HTML, CSS and SEO.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter gave me the power to connect with other disability activists as well as call the PM out on his ableist policies.
Why did you become a journalist?
Writing and finding the truth is my ikigai - which loosely translated to work solidified into purpose.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
The newsletter at Alternative High, The Refugee, was on hiatus during my tenure there. I did design the yearbook every year, though.
What's your favorite drink?
Iced tea on a good day, Long Island iced tea on a better one.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Outside enjoying nature through walking, swimming, biking, or camping with my rescue dog. There's also a good chance I'm just on my PS5.
