Priority question for written answer  P-000605/2026/rev.1 to the Commission Rule 144 Stanisław Tyszka (ESN) The Audit Board, a key body overseeing the regularity of the disbursement of EUR 50 billion under the Ukraine Facility (Regulation (EU) 2024/792), remains an enigma for European taxpayers. Although the decision to establish it was taken in June 2024, its composition was not finalised until February 2025.

Question for written answer  E-000604/2026 to the Commission Rule 144 Stanisław Tyszka (ESN) The price of CO2 emission allowances under the EU ETS have once again exceeded EUR 90 per tonne, which directly impacts Polish households and industrial competitiveness. Analysts from financial institutions expect prices to exceed EUR 100 per tonne over the coming year or two. This mechanism has become a space for financial speculation, draining the budgets of the poorest citizens.

Question for written answer  E-000620/2026 to the Commission Rule 144 Stanisław Tyszka (ESN) The Commission’s push to ‘fast-track’ Ukraine’s accession (including the ‘membership-lite’ model) is taking place without any freely available economic analyses. Integrating a country with such high agricultural potential and low labour costs into the single market risks destabilising Member State economies and destroying the current EU budgetary model.
