A new mobile outreach van is hoping to bring more HIV testing, overdose prevention and supportive services to New Yorkers right in their communities. The Alliance for Positive Change added its second van Monday, doubling its capacity to connect New Yorkers with care and resources. Last year, the group connected more than 17,000 New Yorkers with different care services. This comes as the city’s Department of Health released its HIV Surveillance Midyear Report.
