Regime“ vorgelegt: Durch eine unmittelbar anwendbare Verordnung soll mit der EU Inc. eine eigenständige europäische Rechtsform abseits der 27 nationalen Rechtsordnungen insbesondere für Start-ups und Scale-ups – das sind erfolgreiche Start-ups in der Wachstumsphase – entstehen. Der Zeitpunkt könnte kaum passender sein. Europa ringt um Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Produktivität und Innovationskraft.
