Download Article Summary Community conditions in the Tenth District generally declined over the last six months, despite continued strength in the ability of low- and moderate-income (LMI) individuals to find work (Chart 1). Conditions for economic mobility, housing, personal finance, small business credit and human services were reported as poor, with housing-related contacts especially downbeat.
