Steven Sloan’s Biography
Steven Sloan (b. 1990) was born in Washington, DC, grew up in Arlington, VA, and currently lives in Toledo, OH. While they started their writing career in the world of Music and Art criticism, their interests have expanded to all manners of topics - ranging from food to politics and beyond - while maintaining a core as an arts writer.
In addition to work with the Toledo City Paper, Sloan created a music review blog, A Few Songs (https://medium.com/a-few-songs) and wrote for the Nashville Scene and ArtsNash in Nashville, Tennessee.
