Kronikk For to år siden vedtok Tromsø kommunestyre å utarbeide en handlingsplan mot rasisme og diskriminering. To år senere har et første utkast blitt sendt på høring. Vi som skriver denne kronikken er medlemmer i referanse- eller arbeidsgruppen for planen, eller forslagsfremmere for det opprinnelige politiske forslaget "samskaping av handlingsplan mot rasisme og diskriminering".
