Sandra Raičević Petrović Executive Editor, Writer and Designer Sandrina started her work on Fragrantica from the very beginning of the site. She has strongly participated in building the content as a perfume connoisseur and writer and has been responsible for the majority of the articles and encyclopedia records at Fragrantica, while nurturing communication with the brands.

I have never enjoyed Piguet's legendary Bandit. It screeches and wails like nails on a chalkboard to my nose, shrill and attention-seeking in its metallic, bubble-bath greens over leather as sharp as a knife blade. It was popular in its time and remains a staple reference for historical leathers. I feel there's evidence in Ferragamo's new Bright Leather to draw a comparison between it and Bandit, arguably as a contemporary iteration on the same theme but updated to modern tastes.

Recently I got familiar with the Italian niche brand Erbario Toscano. This brand proves quite convincingly that perfumes of high quality don't have to be a luxury item. It can be affordable for everyone, and it can be part of daily life. The brand Erbario Toscano, as its name implies, is dedicated to Tuscany, one of the most picturesque areas of Italy. The creators of the brand believe that the eyes alone are not enough to fully comprehend the beauty of this blessed land. Tuscany has to be smelled.
