Fried Frank advised Broadstone Net Lease, LLC, as Issuer, and Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (BNL) an internally-managed real estate investment trust (REIT), as Guarantor, in connection with its registered offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% notes due 2032. BNL is an industrial-focused, diversified net lease REIT that invests in primarily single-tenant commercial real estate properties that are net leased on a long-term basis to a diversified group of tenants.

Earlier this year, Gaithersburg commenced an initiative called “Build Gaithersburg 2040” to update the city’s master plan. The update focuses on two key master plan elements – land use and transportation. By updating these elements (last updated in 2011 and 2010, respectively), the city aims to guide development and infrastructure decisions through the year 2040 to ensure that growth over the next 15 years aligns with the community’s vision, current trends, and regulatory requirements.

January 22, 2025 Fried Frank acted as counsel to Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, PNC Capital Markets LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., as underwriters, in the issuance of an aggregate principal amount of $350 million of Extra Space Storage LP's 5.500% senior notes due 2030. The issuance was a reopening of the $450 million aggregate principal amount of the 5.500% senior notes due 2030 that were previously issued by Extra Space Storage LP.
