Computers play important role in communication media performance in today’s modern society. Man, machine communication is important as man created machines to do work Dr Steven L Renshaw former professor of Communication of Southwestern Louisiana taught a course in Fall 1983 on man machine communication and discussed how computers and others changed workplace. He discussed psychological concepts of Carl Jung as anima animus among others in a similar course.

Businesses are booming in India USA and other countries, and communication is becoming essential to run it effectively. We have telephone telex mobiles FAX and Video conference and others, and we use internet also for some business purposes. Business communication is essential to make sales marketing and employee or other deals effectively in marketplace. Business communication is making greater inroads into businesses and in modern days development tin India.

Sociology is the study of society and media sociology is the study of media institutions media audiences and other media networks in society. We need media sociology to understand media owners’ actions and people’s reaction to media in society. Media provide education information entertainment and persuasion to various audiences, and we need to know how far these go.
