ComplaintsBoard I ordered from this company because I read on its site that one of their shipping methods was Fed X (2-5 days), which I paid $10.50. I could have chosen USPS with free delivery, which I did not want because of poor delivery service to rural areas. They sent it USPS any ways. I got it in five days after contacting them that the tracking showed it would be delayed. The package contained the phone and a charger in a white box in an unsealed plastic bag only, nothing else.
