Multiscale symbolic morpho-barcoding reveals region-specific and scale-dependent neuronal organization
Results We assembled and standardized a light microscopy dataset of whole mouse brains, comprising imaging data from over 200 specimens and approximately 3.7 petavoxels in uncompressed form.24 Neurons were sparsely labeled across multiple regions, including cortex (CTX), thalamus (TH), cerebral nuclei (CNU), and striatum (STR).

A Multi-Scale Neuron Morphometry Dataset from Peta-voxel Mouse Whole-Brain Images - Scientific Data
Abstract Neuron morphology and sub-neuronal patterns offer vital insights into cell typing and the structural organization of brain networks. The community-collaborative BRAIN Initiative Cell Census Network (BICCN) project has yielded a vast amount of whole-brain imaging data. However, reconstructing multi-scale neuron morphometry at a whole-brain scale requires not only the integration of diverse hardware devices, tools, and algorithms but also a dedicated production workflow.
Constructing a Mouse Brain Atlas of Dendritic Microenvironments Helps Discover Hidden Associations Between Anatomical Layout, Projection Targets and Transcriptomic Profiles of Neurons
Abstract Digital brain atlases have become essential anatomical references for understanding the spatial and functional organization of brains. For mice, typical resources include the Allen Reference Atlas, the Allen Common Coordinate Framework (CCF), and their variants, like CCFv3.
Cell Typing and Sub-typing Based on Detecting Characteristic Subspaces of Morphological Features Derived from Neuron Images
Abstract Motivation: Recent advances in reconstructing 3D neuron morphologies at the whole brain level offer exciting opportunities to study single cell genotyping and phenotyping. However, it remains challenging to define cell types and sub-types properly. Results: As morphological feature spaces are often too complicated to classify neurons, we introduce a method to detect the optimal subspace of features so that neurons can be well clustered.
Nature‐based solutions: Establishing a comprehensive framework for addressing urban waterlogging management
Brief Communication This article has been accepted for publication and undergone full peer review but has not been through the copyediting, typesetting, pagination and proofreading process, which may lead to differences between this version and the Version of Record. Please cite this article as doi: 10.1002/ieam.4786 Abstract Due to the impact of global climate change, many cities in China have been hit by severe rainstorms, leading to increasingly frequent urban waterlogging disasters.
