Not sure why you have that many LLCs. No matter what you do now its going to be inefficient and painful.

Am I missing something, or is there no good accounting software for small real estate

I have a slightly weird setup and I'm curious how others are handling this. I have: a couple of homes I own personally and rent out a couple of properties owned through an LLC another property I manage for a friend, where I'm just the property manager I want to keep the accounting for all three separate, with a proper P&L and balance sheet for each ownership/entity. Do I basically need three separate QuickBooks-type instances to do this properly?

What accounting software are you using for a small rental portfolio?

Hey everyone, I have a couple of rental homes and I’m adding a few more over time. These are not very expensive properties, so I’m trying to avoid paying a lot every month just for accounting software. I mainly want something simple where I can track income and expenses by property, keep things organized for taxes, and ideally handle different properties or LLCs without needing a separate expensive subscription for each one. What are you guys using today?
