4. Results and Discussion In this section, we discuss the relationship between friction, rotation velocity, traverse speed, traverse-direction angle, and pressure of the micro-AAJ nozzle based on the experimental results. The relationship between the rotation velocity and the coefficient of friction for the non-machined sample is shown in . The coefficient of friction was measured at velocities of 200, 400, and 600 rpm.

This mechanism was designed according to the concept of a reconfigurable machine tool (RMT), which can transform from a machining center to a lathe, and is capable of multiple functional processes, such as laser, milling, and grinding processes.
