Frequency of M&A disputes Disputes relating to M&A transactions are becoming increasingly prevalent in Korea. This upward trend is substantiated by recent data from the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), which recorded a 267% increase in the number of arbitration filings relating to mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in 2024 compared with the previous year.
