1. Introduction Ralstonia solanacearum is a soil-borne bacterial pathogen that causes disastrous wilt disease in a strikingly broad range of hosts [1]. It moves toward the host’s root system by flagellar-driven motility, following sensing and chemotaxis toward root exudates [2,3]. Initially, the bacterium attaches to host surfaces in reversible and irreversible manners, which are dependent on polysaccharides, adhesion proteins, cell-surface appendages, and extracellular DNase [4].
