What was your first job as a journalist?

My high school student paper!

Have you ever used a typewriter?

No, but I used to use a word processor machine to take notes in college!

Why did you become a journalist?

I love writing, research, and talking to people. I also hope to make a difference in the world.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

Probably a podcast about the devastating effects that highway construction had on communities in Minneapolis.
