I'm a Washington correspondent at The Dallas Morning News and a Northwestern Wildcat.

I've been fascinated by politics and the way government works since I was a kid. Since then, I've covered Congress and town boards, explored FEC filings and legislation, and profiled candidates and protestors. Now that I'm graduating, I want to spend my career keeping readers connected to their elected officials, helping them understand a complicated political world, and holding the people they put in office accountable for their actions.
