When I gave my TEDx talk a decade ago, it opened the door to media invitations - podcasts, interviews, articles, and features. Those media invitations led to even more speaking opportunities - including paid invitations to share my message with new audiences. Each time I spoke, I connected with women who resonated deeply with my message - and many of them became clients.

Let me say this up front: If you're a smart, accomplished woman who still feels nervous - or even terrified - about public speaking, you're not alone. And you're standing at the edge of something powerful.

We are living in a time when women’s voices — especially those that speak from a feminine perspective — are being silenced, dismissed, or erased at alarming rates. Whether in politics, the media, corporate boardrooms, community spaces, or even within our own families, there are forces at work trying to shrink us, keep us quiet, and make us question ourselves. And yet, women’s voices are essential to a livable future. This isn’t a nice-to-have. This isn’t something we can wait for.
