Season 3 of The Apothecary Diaries revealed a key visual and a trailer ahead of the October 2 premiere date. Yorushika is performing the opening theme song "Beyond the Winds, Only Me Downwind." At this year's Anime Expo, Anime Atelier interviewed two of the main cast of the Hana-Kimi anime adaptation, which is currently broadcasting its second season. Aya Yamane (山根綺), who plays Mizuki Ashiya, and Kikunosuke Toya (戸谷菊之介), who plays Shūichi Nakatsu, talked us through the challenges they faced while working on a series that was known as a “bible for the Japanese people” when Hisaya Nakajo’s original manga was still serialising.
