ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – The Southwest Allen County Schools Board of Trustees discussed plans on how they will attract and retain talent within the district on Tuesday night. Attracting and retaining talent is part of Southwest Allen’s strategic plan, as a pillar of the plan. A large proportion of retaining staff is supporting new teachers. Southwest Allen plans to provide new teachers with instructional practices and classroom management.
