RUSSELL COUNTY, Ala. (WRBL) — A prayer vigil will be held Tuesday night at the site of the St. Paul CME Church fire in Crawford, Ala. The fire destroyed the sanctuary and the relatively new fellowship hall around 5 a.m. on June 22. RELATED: Crawford church left in ruin after early morning fire The church’s pastor, Rev. Dr. Raynetta Prevo-Williams, said the church is facing about a 12-month process of restoration. She added they’re believing for an even greater outcome from this tragedy.
