Pew Pew Pew I am not a fan of shmup’s, I played a few that I think fall in the genre that I enjoyed though. Geometry Wars 2 had me in a chokehold back in the day and that’s really the only one I can even think of so I guess its just one. But I am always open to try new things so when Psyvariar 3 fell in my lap I was willing to give it a go.

Monster Star Fall What a lot of people don’t know is that in my youth I was a scaredy cat, I mean I wouldn’t do anything horror, even the intro to the Twilight Zone would freak me out. With the help and bullying of older cousins I was able to finally conquer that fear, and when I did, I went back to play the survival horror games that I had missed, the Silent Hills and Resident Evils from back then; fantastic games that ooze atmosphere and scares.

Case of limp dunk right here There was a time when we as gamers ate like Kings when it came to arcade sports. I mean NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, MLB Slugfest and Hot Shots Golf just to name a few. I played all of those and loved em’ for various reasons but my favorite of the bunch has to be EA BIG’s NBA Street. Easily approachable to play it had a trick system that had players bouncing balls off opponents’ heads and dunking with flash and style.
