What does it mean to be a journalist?

It involves telling stories that matter, holding powerful entities accountable, and giving voice to diverse perspectives.

When I’m not at my computer, I’m often working alongside attorneys, organizers, and directly impacted individuals to drive systemic change. Whether I’m strategizing with grassroots coalitions, engaging in policy discussions, or helping to build power in marginalized communities, my focus is always on advancing justice and equity.
