Son has been a focal point during Tottenham's pre-season tour of Asia and Pochettino said the reception of the South Korea international came as no surprise.

The International Champions Cup, which started out aspiring to be the main football attraction of the summer, is starting to feel a little flat. Tuchel: "I've spoken to Cavani, he wants to stay at PSG..."
Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel faced the media after today's International Champions Cup meeting with Atlético de Madrid in Singapore which his side won 3-2. Apart from the game, the German also spoke about Edinson Cavani, who he says has not given him any sign that he is keen to move to another club - not even Real Madrid, the club he has been linked to. What has been the most pleasing aspect of this competition for you?
Why I Play for Iraq
I was checking my Facebook page when the message popped up. “Are you Iraqi?” it read. Nothing else. This was in 2013. I honestly didn’t know what to think at first. Being someone of Middle Eastern descent who was born and raised in the United States, and living in a post-9/11 America, can be tough.
