Numerous studies have documented language teachers’ struggles to adopt multilingual pedagogies in their classrooms. However, this mainly problem-oriented perspective risks overlooking actual multilingual practices taking place and what can be learned from them. Adopting an appreciative inquiry approach, this study aims to identify how language teachers use multilingualism as a resource in their classrooms.
