Residents impacted by the Palisades and Eaton wildfires have until March 31 to decide how they will remove debris from their properties. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass is urging all homeowners impacted by the Palisades Fire to opt into debris removal through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which is free. Bass is also announcing a new emergency executive order to help expedite the rebuilding process and protect against future disasters.
