HOUGHTON, Mich. (WBUP/WJMN) — A Hancock man will plead guilty to maintaining a drug house and possession of methamphetamine following a plea hearing Monday in Houghton County 12th Circuit Court. Dave Clayton Harvey Jr. appeared in court June 29 for the hearing. He was originally charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house, possession of methamphetamine, using a computer to commit a crime, and was designated a second habitual offender.
