Thomas Foley’s Biography

Thomas Foley, who previously presided over a law firm in Hoboken, New Jersey, presently consults for new and established enterprises as a principal with The Indigo Group, LLC, in Dallas. There, he brings to his clients experience with mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and operational leadership. Since moving from New Jersey and redirecting his efforts to consulting services, Thomas Foley has successfully assisted companies in both the medical and hospitality fields. Indeed, Tom's prior experience with a national distribution company, where he tackled not only operational challenges, but regulatory concerns, has served as a unique experience to help guide his current portfolio companies.

Before practicing law in NY and NJ, Mr. Foley earned a bachelor of arts in political science and economics from Colgate University and a juris doctor from the Villanova University School of Law. At Villanova, he maintained responsibilities as secretary of the Student Bar Association and participated in moot court competitions. A socially conscious individual, the Dallas executive holds a seat on the board of Beyond the Boroughs National Scholarship Fund, which provides much-needed assistance to college-bound young people from underprivileged families. He also lends his leadership and legal expertise to Rug Bug Toys, which uses recycled materials to manufacture musical toys for children.
