Amine-rich cross-linking templates enabling toughened self-assembled monolayer for stable perovskite solar modules
Abstract INTRODUCTION RESULTS DISCUSSION MATERIALS AND METHODS Acknowledgments Supplementary Materials REFERENCES Information & Authors Metrics & Citations View Options References Figures Tables Media Share This article has 0 eLetter . Abstract As the most popular hole-selective materials in efficient p-i-n perovskite solar cells (PSCs), self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) still remain great challenges in long-term stability due to their frail construction and week bonding.
Stable low-dimensional perovskitoids for high-performance all-perovskite tandem solar cells
Abstract Low-dimensional perovskites have been widely explored to enhance the performance of perovskite solar cells. However, conventional low-dimensional perovskites rely on amino-based cations with weak hydrogen bonds, which makes them unstable due to facile deprotonation. Here we introduce stable trimethylphosphonium-based cations featuring P-centred ligands with robust –CH3 groups.

Protecting hot carriers by tuning hybrid perovskite structures with alkali cations
INTRODUCTION The theoretical maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of a hot carrier solar cell can be as high as 66% (1), substantially above the Shockley-Queisser limit (2). However, the efforts to apply the hot carrier strategy in practice have so far been hindered by hot carrier cooling that is usually much faster than the time needed to transport the charge carriers in conventional semiconductors (3).
