Snowfall will remain light—a dusting to an inch at most—but any snow that falls will stick easily to surfaces.

That sets up single-digit air temperatures and below-zero wind chills. It may take until Wednesday afternoon for temperatures to climb back above freezing. Clear skies continue this evening and overnight. Temperatures hold in the low 20s this evening, then fall into the upper teens overnight.
