Tim Dawson is a British writer, playwright, and script consultant, and the editor of BCG Pro, the professional platform of British Comedy Guide - British comedy's leading resource.

Tim began his career at 18 when his original television sitcom Coming Of Age was piloted by BBC Three. The show ran for three series, with Tim writing every episode. It was produced by the team behind Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps, a popular, long-running BBC sitcom for which Tim also wrote four episodes.
