When tourism marketing meets “gender color”: exploring the congruity effect of destination gender and advertising language style
Destination gender is an emerging brand marketing tool. However, gender marketing research in the tourism field mostly focuses on the gender aspects of tourists but ignores the important role of destination gender. Based on congruity theory and processing-fluency theory, this study examines the interaction effect between destination gender (masculinity vs. femininity) and advertising language style (cognitive language vs. affective language) in tourism marketing.

CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells ex vivo generated from autologous naïve CD4+ T cells suppress EAE progression - Scientific Reports
Abstract CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) play an important role in maintaining immune homeostasis in multiple sclerosis (MS). Hence, we aimed to explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of adoptive cell therapy (ACT) utilizing induced antigen-specific Tregs in an animal model of MS, that is, in an experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model.

Treatment for very-late-onset myasthenia gravis
Introduction Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease caused by autoantibodies that act against the acetylcholine receptor (AChR), muscle-specific kinase (MuSK), or other AChR-related proteins on the postsynaptic membrane of the neuromuscular junction, leading to muscle weakness and fatigability.1,2 Based on the age at onset, with 50 and 65 years set as the limits, MG patients can be categorized into three different age-based subgroups: early-onset MG (< 50 years), late-onset MG (≥ 50...

Ependyma in Neurodegenerative Diseases, Radiation-Induced Brain Injury and as a Therapeutic Target for Neurotrophic Factors
Abstract : The neuron loss caused by the progressive damage to the nervous system is proposed to be the main pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases. Ependyma is a layer of ciliated ependymal cells that participates in the formation of the brain-cerebrospinal fluid barrier (BCB). It functions to promotes the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the material exchange between CSF and brain interstitial fluid.
