The 22-year-old arrived in Ireland after nearly causing a sensational upset at the PSA World Championships, taking a 2-0 lead over Mohamed Abouelghar before eventually losing in five. Nonetheless, that defeat was his first in nine matches, and he came into this event as the No.1 seed.

EMCS – Tortola Classic 2026 The USA’s Nick Spizzirri claimed his third title of the season with victory at the EMCS – Tortola Classic 2026, beating Muhammad Huzaifa Ibrahim on finals day in the British Virgin Islands. Spizzirri arrived into the BVI having recently finished as runner-up in the US Nationals, and carried on his good form from Philadelphia with a trio of 3-0 wins to send him into the final.
