Plans for a major expansion of an industrial park near Saxmundham have been signed off, paving the way for 10 new commercial units and a pair of café buildings on land north of the town. East Suffolk Council has agreed the detailed look and size of the buildings at Carlton Park Industrial Estate in Kelsale-cum-Carlton, following earlier outline permission, which had already approved the basic layout and use of the site.

Meet the ballroom and Latin dancing twins who are taking the country by storm representing Team GB at just age nine. Jude and Florence Welham were crowned the All England UK Open Under-10 Ballroom and Latin champions in Blackpool earlier this year. The pair will compete as part of Team GB's juvenile ballroom squad at the 2026 World Cup Ballroom Championships team match in Shenzhen, China this July.
