Justin Howard-Sneyd MW and his wife Amanda have run their Roussillon estate for over a decade now, the impetus to buy a vineyard the result of family holidays in this region in the South of France. Domaine of the Bee was born. Situated close to Maury and its famous slate soils (with patches of limestone) they have vines that are up to 100 years old; gnarly, bush vines whose roots search deep underground for moisture.

It's organic and vegan certified, and comes from the more coastal and cool Casablanca Valley. It was matured for six months in French oak barrels.
