Platte Canyon Lady Huskies played Kipp Denver Collegiate in the first round of the Frontier League tournament at home Feb 21. The Huskies won 33-21. With the win they advanced to the semifinals against Jefferson. The rest of the tournament is being played at Arvada High School. The Huskies lost to Jefferson 36-29 Feb. 23. They then played Lake County for third place Feb. 25. The Lady Huskies won 37-25 and finished in third.

On May 1, they were at Arrupe Jesuit. The Generals won 11-0. On May 4 they were at South Park for a double header. It was a sweep for the Huskies, with them winning 13-3 and 11-7. Arrupe Jesuit In the first inning, Nathan Laabs doubled and Layne Karashinski walked, but that was all the offense for the Huskies. The Generals scored seven runs in the bottom of the first. The second was scoreless. In the third, Ethan Nylund walked and Christian Walters singled, but again that was all for the Huskies.

The Platte Canyon High School cross country team competed in the 13th annual Cheyenne Stampede on Aug. 25. This meet gave teams a good chance to see an important course, as this is where the state cross country meets will be held. There were 54 teams at the meet, divided into small schools (2A and 3A) and large schools (4A and 5A). The Huskies competed in the small schools division.
