A new approach towards efficient TADF OLED devices†‡ We report the synthesis and characterization of a series of donor–acceptor TADF emitters with a new architecture, where the donor moiety and the dibenzazepine-based acceptor moiety are separated by a phenylene linker in a V-shaped spatial arrangement.
