7 researched-backed reasons Agile projects falter
At its core, Agile empowers teams to work collaboratively, respond quickly to change, and consistently deliver high-quality results. When implemented effectively, it has the potential to leave competitors struggling to keep up. Yet, despite its promises, some teams fall short of these outcomes. But why? We think of Agile as a sleek, efficient process for streamlining work in sleek, efficient offices. But here, it’s playing out in the rugged, unpredictable Maasai Mara, where the stakes are as high as they get.

Daily Meeting
Each day at the same time, the team meets so as to bring everyone up to date on the information that is vital for coordination: each team member briefly describes any “completed” contributions and any obstacles that stand in their way. Usually, Scrum’s Three Questions are used to structure discussion. The meeting is normally held in front of the task board. This meeting is normally timeboxed to a maximum duration of 15 minutes, though this may need adjusting for larger teams.
