Washington State Patrol said 39-year-old Elias Huizar is believed to have killed two women and taken his one-year-old son on Monday. West Richland Police say Portland Police advised them that Huizar was seen in Portland, Oregon overnight in a black car. The AMBER Alert says Huizar is believed to have murdered his ex-wife and his girlfriend. One was shot outside William Wiley Elementary School in West Richland, Washington on Monday afternoon. Neither woman has been publicly identified.

West Richland Police say Huizar’s condition is unknown.
