AI is changing work significantly, for better and for worse. But I found some concerning new data that AI is reducing our interactions and conversations with each other. People aren’t connecting with colleagues as much. This may be highly efficient, but I worry that it degrades all the ways that we reinforce relationships in the process of our work together. Of course we must embrace AI, lean in and learn so we’re not left behind.
