Trevor M. Saliba leads as Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, a global private equity firm based in Beverly Hills, California, launched in 2010 as the investment arm of a family office with origins in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors since the 1890s. Under his guidance, the firm has grown into a major player in private equity, venture capital, and structured financing, diversifying into various sectors such as business and financial services, consumer products, media, and technology, boasting over $150 billion in transaction experience and over $10 billion specifically in real estate.
He also serves as Managing Director, President, and COO at NFG SA, a Geneva-based investment holding company focused on insurance and reinsurance, energy and infrastructure, and real estate. This further showcases his versatility in leadership across international markets.
In addition to his role in investment management, he founded NMS Consulting in 2018, a global management consulting and strategic advisory firm where he serves as Chairman. This firm, born from NMS Capital Group’s internal consulting practice, now operates with over 350 professionals across 17 offices worldwide, emphasizing management consulting, corporate advisory, strategic communications, and tax advisory services.
From 2012 to 2018, he was Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Advisors, overseeing significant growth. The firm handled more than $5 billion in transactions and has consistently ranked among the top 10 investment banks in Los Angeles since 2014.
His career before these roles was marked by significant positions, including Managing Director-Asia Pacific for Platinum Capital, Ltd., and as a principal advisor to a Los Angeles-based family office, which involved strategic leadership and C-suite roles in various sectors from construction to technology.
His professional journey began at Morgan Stanley in 1995, where he specialized in investment banking, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and structured financings. Trevor M. Saliba holds several FINRA securities licenses and boasts an impressive educational background, including degrees from Columbia Business School and La Salle University and executive education from Harvard Business School.
