Abstract The STRATIFY (Brain Network-Based Stratification of Reinforcement-Related Disorders) and ESTRA (Eating Disorders Stratification) studies were established as harmonised “sibling” cohorts to develop a mechanistically informed framework for stratifying psychiatric disorders. Here, we describe the study design, methodology, and cohort characteristics.
