Tyson Pratcher

New York, New York, United States Tyson Pratcher has directed the $5 billion opportunistic investments portolio at the NY State Common Retirement Fund in New York City since 2011. In 2015 he was given the additional responbility of directing the $7 billion absolute return strategies portfolio.

Tyson Pratcher currently serves as a Managing Director at the RockCreek Group, a $15 billion asset management firm, as well as a board member of several corporations and not-for-profit entities. Before joining RockCreek Tyson was the Head of Investments at TFO USA (“TFO”), the asset management arm of the largest multi-family office in the Middle East. At TFO, Tyson led the restructuring of the asset management business, while supervising investment teams based in NY, London, Riyadh and Bahrain.
