UTP Group Purchases Spanish Customerbase from Wellet
UTP Group has agreed to purchase the Spanish customer base from German company Wellet GmbH for an undisclosed sum. Introduced to Germany and Spain in April 2021, Wellet is a card payment app that utilises similar technology to UTP Group’s recently launched UK business tapeeno – the first app of its kind to feature Faster Processing technology.
