Glencore, Vitol Eye New Fortress' Jamaica LNG Assets
Vitol Group and Glencore Plc. are considering acquiring New Fortress Energy Inc.’s Jamaican LNG assets, according to people familiar with the matter. New Fortress, which has faced major project delays and recently refinanced more than $2 billion in debt, has hired Lazard Inc. and Intrepid Financial Partners LLC to explore divestment of some of its LNG operations.

A Mobile Screening Program (MSP) has been developed by the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (UOHI) Centre for Valvular Heart Disease (CVHD) to bridge these gaps in care at a primary community level focusing on underserved and indigenous populations, rural communities, and minority groups.
Adnoc Reportedly Mulling Acquisition of Wintershall Dea
Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. is exploring a potential acquisition of Wintershall Dea, the European energy explorer backed by BASF SE, people with knowledge of the matter said. The state-owned Middle Eastern company has been studying a possible bid as it seeks to boost its global footprint, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private. Any deal could value Wintershall Dea at more than EUR 10 billion ($11 billion), the people said.
