Abstract Despite the vast amount of cancer genomic data, linking mutations to drug efficacy remains challenging. National efforts integrating ex vivo drug response profiling (DRP) with clinical genomics are rare. To address this gap, we designed the GIMEMA ALL2720 trial (NCT04582487), a multicenter study evaluating a chemogenomic approach in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), a subtype still lacking effective salvage therapies.

Abstract Monosomy 7 (−7) is occurring as isolated change or in complex karyotypes in 10–20% of myeloid neoplasms with poor prognosis. Although several genes mapping at chromosome 7 have been involved in pathogenetic mechanisms, the −7 molecular landscape is not fully elucidated. Using an epi-transcriptomic approach, new biological insights emerged in monosomy 7.
