All experiments with live mice conducted in this study were performed in accordance and compliance with the guidelines and regulations of the Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC). All protocols were approved by the Animal Care Committee of McGill University (protocol number 5287; Principal Investigator: P. Gros). Mice were anesthetized, and euthanized by carbon dioxide inhalation, and every effort was made to minimize animal suffering.
