Abstract Advanced non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring KRAS G12C mutations can be treated with selective inhibitors, however progression-free survival remains limited. Resistance has been associated with co-mutations in TP53, STK11, and KEAP1, persistent plasma KRAS G12C, and activation of the MRAS–SHOC2–PP1C pathway with downstream YAP1 signaling. We evaluated the expression of MRAS–SHOC2–PP1C and YAP1-related genes in KRAS G12C mutant NSCLC.

Recurrent Glioblastoma: A Review of the Treatment Options

1. Introduction Glioblastoma (GB) is the most common primary brain tumor. The incidence is 3.2 cases per 100,000 population, with a peak in older than 65 years old. The median overall survival (OS) since diagnosis in treated patients is about 14 months [1]. As outlined, this is one of the most aggressive tumors, and recurrence is almost unavoidable. The mean progression-free survival (PFS) is approximately 7 months since diagnosis [2].
