Not really sure. Maybe #canceltwitter.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

I like knowing that they've connected with my work and have content that will connect with my readers.

Everything is online. Some of my favorite tools are Canva, Grammarly, Later and all social media platforms.

Rachel Hollis, Gabby Bernstein

Why did you become a journalist?

No I did not and I would have never thought I'd be writing as an adult.

I am very proud to have written content for MSN

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Keep going and learn from others who are doing what you want to be doing. Don't ever stop learning.

When's the best time to pitch you?

Anytime via email is great.

What's the best pitch you ever got?

Someone had seen my work and did research on me and my mission and goals for my audience. They knew exactly the type of content I wanted.

Copy and paste requests with the wrong name added to the email.

What's your favorite drink?

Coffee!

Outside with my little girl enjoying nature.

Oprah. Good Housekeeping.

You can't find a work-life balance in life, but truly a few intentional minutes a day can help you feel much more balanced.
